The Rising Tide - Executive Class Mini Villa

Positive: Wunderschöne Lage, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Great, but not so great. Positive: Location and view is spectacular! Unit 94 vs 92 or 90 would be the best! Beach and immediate surroundings are spectacular! Negative: Kitchen accessories, limited opportunity to be somewhat self sufficient, only a micro wave, who cooks with that? No salad bowl, you don’t need a micro wave for salad but a serving bowl maybe? A box of tissues is a bit classier than using TP!…. We stayed in 3 complementary spots during our stay in Cape Breton, all were good but this location was #3, maybe #4 or 5 out of 10. The refinement in the decor, fine touches, what’s available in the Unit is limited, Mabou and Port Hood are close but not that close! This Unit would be terrific if you could enjoy it and the immediate surroundings with out jumping in your car to get breakfast or lunch. The Unit is very clean, owners are very disciplined in their approach, the Unit is well layed out, but the personal touch is missing.

Location, location, location Positive: Great location, modest but modern and all that you need for a great stay

The view from this place is worth a million dollars! It was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. The peaceful walk down to the beautiful, secluded beach made it feel like the perfect spot for our romantic getaway.The location was also fantastic and very central to several of our Nova Scotia bucket-list stops, including the Red Shoe Pub, Glenora Distillery, and the Cabot Trail, while still feeling quiet and tucked away.The home was very clean, comfortable, simple, and easy — exactly what we needed. Michael had everything ready for us, including everything we needed for our morning coffee, which was such a nice touch. He took the time to check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us some great local recommendations.We were close to everything we needed while still having the peace, privacy, and incredible scenery we were hoping for. We would absolutely recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a quiet Cape Breton getaway with an unforgettable view!
